Common questions

Does the logo I upload get sent anywhere?
No. The logo file is read locally with the FileReader API and embedded directly into the QR code in your browser. It is never uploaded.
Will the QR code still scan with a logo in the middle?
Usually yes, provided you use High error correction, which lets scanners reconstruct the code even with part of it covered.
What is the difference between the download formats?
PNG is a fixed-resolution image, good for print and social media. SVG is scalable to any size without quality loss, better for logos or large-format printing.
