Consent history
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember your preferences, improve your experience, and collect anonymous usage statistics.
Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (remain for a set period). We also use local storage (localStorage) to remember your consent choice.
2. Cookie categories
We divide cookies into three categories. You can manage your consent via the panel at the top of this page.
Necessary cookies (always on)
Essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They do not store any personally identifiable information.
| Name | Purpose | Expires | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| signocore_session | Tracks your session and basic site state. | Session | Firstparty |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against CSRF attacks. | Session | Firstparty |
| cookie_consent | Stores your cookie choice (localStorage). | 180 days | localStorage |
| cookie_consent_log | Local history of your consent changes (audit trail). | 180 days | localStorage |
Statistics cookies
Help us understand how visitors use the site via anonymized data collection. Set only with your consent. Without consent, Google Analytics Consent Mode v2 sends cookieless pings used for statistical modeling without setting cookies or identifying you.
| Name | Purpose | Expires | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique users. | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state for Google Analytics 4. | 2 years |
Marketing cookies
Used to measure advertising effectiveness and for remarketing. Set only with your consent.
| Name | Purpose | Expires | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads conversion tracking. | 90 days |
3. Consent Mode v2 and cookieless tracking
We use Google Consent Mode v2. The Google Analytics script is always loaded, but behaves differently depending on your consent:
- With consent (statistics): Full data collection with cookies for detailed traffic analysis.
- Without consent: Cookieless pings are sent to Google for statistical modeling. No cookies are set, and no personal data is identified.
url_passthrough and ads_data_redaction are enabled so that personal identifiers are automatically removed from pings when consent has not been given.
4. Third-party cookies
We use the following third-party services, which may set cookies on your device:
- Stripe: Used for secure payment processing on plugin purchases. Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention. Read more in Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: Anonymous traffic analysis. Cookies are set only with your consent. Read more in Google's privacy policy.
5. Consent and your rights
When you visit Signocore for the first time, a cookie banner is shown where you can choose which categories of cookies you accept. Necessary cookies do not require consent as they are essential for the site to operate.
At any time you can:
- Change your consent via the panel at the top of this page or via the cookie banner.
- Reset your consent so the banner appears again.
- View your consent history (stored only in your browser).
- Delete cookies in your browser (see section 6).
Your consent expires automatically after 180 days, after which you will be asked to provide consent again.
6. How to delete cookies
You can delete cookies via your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data
7. Legal basis
Necessary cookies are set based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating a functional website). Statistics and marketing cookies are set solely with your consent pursuant to GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy Directive.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update this cookie policy in response to changes in our use of cookies or legal requirements. For significant changes we will reset your consent so that you can actively decide on the new terms.
