UX ensures that products and services are accessible to as many users as possible, including people with different abilities and needs. This can include the use of screen readers, keyboard navigation and contrast enhancement for people with reduced vision.

Interaction design:
This aspect of UX is about how users interact with a product. It includes responsiveness, animations and feedback that help users understand what is happening and how to proceed.

User research and testing:
To create an optimal user experience, user research and testing are often conducted. These can include interviews, questionnaires and usability tests, which help designers understand the user's needs, behaviour and pain points.

Why is UX important?

A good user experience is crucial for satisfaction and loyalty. If a website or app is hard to use or frustrating, users are likely to leave it and may never return. Conversely, a positive UX can lead to higher user engagement, better conversion rates and a stronger competitive position in the market.

In a digital world where users have many choices, an excellent user experience can be what distinguishes a successful company from its competitors. UX designers therefore constantly work on understanding and improving all aspects of the user's interaction with their products and services.
